To ensure the safe and reliable operation of oil-immersed transformers, real-time monitoring is required. This monitoring primarily covers parameters such as the transformer's oil temperature, winding temperature, oil level, load current, and voltage. These parameters are transmitted to the monitoring system in real time using monitoring devices such as thermometers, oil level gauges, ammeters, and voltmeters installed on the transformer. Operators can use these parameters to promptly assess the transformer's operating status and address any abnormalities promptly.

Daily maintenance is a crucial measure to ensure the long-term, stable operation of transformers. Daily maintenance primarily includes inspecting the transformer's exterior for signs of oil leakage or damage; checking the transformer's operating sound levels for any abnormal noises or discharges; checking the transformer's cooling system for proper operation, including the fan and oil pump; and checking the transformer's insulation bushings for cleanliness and signs of discharge. Regularly sampling and testing the transformer oil to analyze its performance indicators to ensure it meets requirements.
