VKE Transformer adopts standardized and rigorous manufacturing workflows for transformer iron cores, delivering high-precision and highly reliable core components and upgrading overall product quality.

The transformer iron core is composed of a core body, clamping parts, insulators and grounding sheets. Its manufacturing quality directly affects transformer efficiency and service life. VKE's iron core production relies on three standardized core processes: silicon steel slitting, cross cutting and core stacking, establishing a complete layered quality control system.
Slitting is the foundational procedure. Raw silicon steel sheets are cut into uniform strips along the rolling direction. This process preserves superior electromagnetic performance, unifies material specifications, avoids dimensional errors and provides qualified blanks for subsequent production.
Cross cutting ensures precise core dimensions. Pre-slit strips are cut into core sheets of standard sizes. For cold-rolled silicon steel, VKE strictly follows the rolling direction during processing to reduce operation loss and guarantee accurate dimension and stable performance of each core sheet.
Core stacking determines the final assembly accuracy and structural stability of iron cores. VKE implements refined operating specifications to standardize layer-by-layer stacking and eliminate assembly defects.
Operators handle core sheets gently during stacking to avoid displacement of finished layers. Each layer is fully aligned and calibrated after stacking. Layer-by-layer inspection is conducted to measure yoke size, window diagonal, core column symmetry and thickness, ensuring high stacking accuracy.

Positioning devices are precisely adjusted starting from the secondary stacking stage and fine-tuned for each layer to ensure accurate positioning. For main core stacking, midway trimming, measurement and inspection are mandatory to maintain qualified positive dimensional tolerance.
The whole production process follows strict operational standards: frequent trimming, gentle tapping, continuous measurement and full inspection. Mis-stacking, overlapping joints and excessive seam gaps are strictly prohibited to ensure flat and stable core structure.
Upholding the principle of "Technology as Foundation, Quality as Priority", VKE Transformer continuously optimizes core manufacturing techniques and full-process quality control. Strict standardized production ensures stable, efficient and safe operation of transformers, providing high-quality power equipment components for the industry
