Cooling System
The series adopts both Air Natural (AN) and Air Forced (AF) cooling methods. The use of a radial-flow air cooling device can increase the transformer capacity by 40%. It is important to note that the forced air cooling equipment is intended for short-time overload protection and is not recommended for continuous long-term operation.
 
 
Temperature Controller

The temperature display and control unit employs an intelligent signaling thermometer. It monitors and regulates the transformer through temperature sensing elements pre-embedded at the end of the low-voltage winding. The controller automatically tracks and cyclically displays the temperature values of all three phases during operation.

 

 
 
Enclosure
The surface of the enclosure panels undergoes phosphating and electrostatic spraying treatment, providing high corrosion resistance. Its modular design offers robust mechanical strength and allows for convenient on-site assembly. Both the front and rear are equipped with access doors and ventilation openings. The enclosure color can be customized according to customer requirements.

Casting Process

The wound coils, after pre-drying, are transferred to the casting chamber of an epoxy resin vacuum casting equipment for vacuum drying to remove moisture and gases from the insulation. Simultaneously, materials such as epoxy resin and curing agents are continuously degassed in separate preparation tanks. Upon completion of this treatment, the computer-controlled system precisely injects various chemical materials into the mold according to the set ratio via a precision metering system. Following casting, the coils are thermally cured in an oven to form the final solid coils.
