Components & Features
The key components of the dry type power transformer consist of iron core, high-voltage coils, low-voltage coils, clamp, fan and insulators. With the modes of resin insulation, natural cooling and forced cooling by fans, the transformer can operate in a safe and stable way with excellent dissipation.
Surge-Resistant Coil Design
The coil adopts a multi-layered and segmented cylindrical structure and epoxy resin has strong breakdown resistance - the dry type transformer possesses high bearing capacity for overvoltage lightning surge.
Low Loss & Low Noise Engineering
The R&D team minimizes the eddy-current loss of conductors by selecting suitable current density and width-to-thickness ratio of conductors. The joint of core column and yoke applies a stepping laminated design with 45°fully inclined joint - it can minimize the no-load loss and reduce the running noise.
Maintenance‑Free & Extended Service Life
Due to the oil-free design, there is no need for regular inspection and insulating oil replacement - realizing maintenance-free and reducing the maintenance costs. Meanwhile, the dry type power transformer can minimize the amount of partial discharge to ensure the internal insulation performance and extend the service life.
