The newly launched 75kVA single-phase pad-mounted transformer adopts nine core production inspection procedures from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, with every process implemented in strict accordance with ANSI standards to realize full-process traceable management.
At the raw material stage, all core materials including grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, oxygen-free copper conductors, weather-resistant steel plates, and eco-friendly insulating oil undergo comprehensive incoming inspections. All materials pass multiple tests covering core loss, resistivity and corrosion resistance before mass production, eliminating raw material defects from the source.
For box sheet metal processing, we adopt CNC laser cutting, integrated bending and full welding technology. Welds are inspected via non-destructive testing, accompanied by box pressure holding and leakage tests. With a three-layer spraying process of pickling and phosphating, epoxy primer and outdoor weather-resistant topcoat, we manufacture waterproof, rust-proof and aging-resistant olive green sealed enclosures. Pre-assembled with independent high and low voltage compartments, anti-theft door locks and special bushing bases, the equipment fully meets the protection requirements of outdoor floor-mounted installation
As the core components of the transformer, the magnetic circuit and windings adopt specially laminated single-phase iron cores. CNC cutting removes burrs, and staggered lamination reduces no-load loss. High and low voltage coils are concentrically wound in layers with insulating oil ducts reserved between layers for heat dissipation. The windings are treated with vacuum impregnation and high-temperature curing, greatly improving mechanical strength and insulation stability. After the assembly and lead welding of iron cores and coils, semi-finished products undergo preliminary screening of transformation ratio, DC resistance and insulation resistance to correct assembly deviations in advance.

Strict Full-range Factory Testing for Compliant Overseas Power Distribution Application

After oil filling and standing, every single-phase American transformer undergoes comprehensive type tests in strict accordance with ANSI C57.12.25 standards. The testing items include loss and temperature rise simulation, power frequency withstand voltage, lightning impulse test, sealing and leakage prevention test, and protective fuse operation verification. All test data is fully recorded to issue factory qualification reports. Unqualified products are returned for rework and re-inspection in a closed-loop manner to ensure all equipment meets electrical and safety performance standards.
Equipped with a standard American dual-compartment safety structure with physically isolated high and low voltage circuits, this 75kVA single-phase pad-mounted transformer is suitable for 120/240V single-phase civil and commercial power distribution scenarios in North America. The enclosure supports direct floor-mounted concrete foundation installation and is widely applied in overseas outdoor power distribution projects such as residential areas, commercial stores and small construction sites.
