Recently, our company has successfully completed the full-process production, testing and acceptance of a batch of 750kVA three-phase pad-mounted transformers. Adhering to strict manufacturing standards for power equipment, we have completed every procedure from winding fabrication, core lamination and body assembly to oil injection, performance testing, customer acceptance and delivery. With exquisite craftsmanship, we ensure the products operate safely, stably and efficiently.
As core power distribution equipment for urban and rural power grids, industrial and mining enterprises, and park power supply, American-style transformers impose extremely high requirements on processing precision, insulation performance and structural stability. To guarantee the qualified quality of this batch of 750kVA three phase pad mounted transformers, our production team strictly followed standardized production procedures and advanced every manufacturing process in a rigorous manner.
At the initial stage of production, the workshop first carried out the low-voltage foil winding process. Adopting high-precision foil winding technology for low-voltage winding fabrication, the winding features compact structure and uniform current distribution. It effectively reduces power loss, improves overload capacity, and enhances the mechanical strength of coils, endowing the transformer with excellent short-circuit resistance.

After the completion of low-voltage winding production, the high-voltage winding manufacturing process was launched immediately. The high-voltage coils are precisely wound in strict accordance with insulation grades and turn standards, with layered insulation isolation and step-by-step process verification. This ensures stable high-voltage insulation and consistent electrical performance, eliminating potential risks such as partial discharge and voltage fluctuation.

Meanwhile, professional technicians completed the lamination and assembly of transformer core. Made of high-permeability and low-loss silicon steel sheets, the core is precisely laminated with zero clearance, which effectively reduces no-load loss and no-load current, and ensures energy-saving operation and stable temperature rise of the equipment.
After the cores and coils were fully manufactured and inspected to be qualified, the project entered the coil sleeving and assembly process. Operators completed the sleeving, insulation fixing and gap calibration of high and low-voltage coils in a standardized manner, ensuring symmetrical structure and firm assembly of the transformer body, and laying a solid structural foundation for long-term safe operation.
After coil sleeving, internal wiring operation was conducted. All wiring is standardized and neatly arranged with firm connectors. Strict verification of phase sequence, vector group and wiring accuracy is carried out against electrical drawings to avoid virtual connection and wrong connection, ensuring safe and stable operation of the transformer electrical circuit.
After the completion of overall body assembly, insulation inspection and dust cleaning, the integrated transformer body was accurately hoisted and placed into the oil tank, followed by sealing fixation and structural calibration to meet the structural tightness and stability standards of pad mounted transformers.

Subsequently, the complete accessory assembly was finished. A full set of accessories including radiators, high and low-voltage bushings, pressure relief valves, temperature control components and sealing parts were installed in order, realizing a complete, standardized and reasonably arranged overall structure.
After assembly, the vacuum oil injection process was implemented strictly. Through vacuum degassing, constant-temperature oil injection and standing infiltration, internal air of the transformer body is completely discharged. The insulating oil fully infiltrates the windings and cores, greatly improving the insulation strength and operational stability of the equipment.

After oil injection and standing, the quality inspection department conducted a complete set of routine and type tests, including insulation resistance test, transformation ratio test, DC resistance test, no-load loss test, load loss test, power frequency withstand voltage test, induced withstand voltage test and tightness test. All technical parameters fully meet national and industrial specifications.
After passing all performance tests, the products underwent on-site acceptance by customers. The customer conducted comprehensive inspection on product craftsmanship, appearance structure, test data and overall performance, and spoke highly of the manufacturing technology and quality control system of our 750kVA American-style transformers. The products successfully passed the customer acceptance.
At present, this batch of 750kVA three-phase pad mounted transformers has been fully packaged, reinforced and delivered. The equipment will be put into power distribution operation at the project site soon.
