Manufacturing

01
Material Preparation
*Perform electromagnetic calculations and structural design based on technical requirements.
*Prepare core materials, including silicon steel sheets, enameled wires, insulating materials, bobbins, and enclosures.

02
Core Processing
*Slitting: Cut silicon steel coils into strips according to design specifications.
*Stacking: Laminate silicon steel sheets crosswise to form a core of specified shape and size, in order to reduce eddy current loss.

03
Coil Winding
*Winding: Wind enameled wires tightly onto the bobbin using a winding machine according to specified turns and layers.
*Lead attachment: Solder winding leads to terminals, and ensure proper insulation and securing.

04
Insulation & Assembly
*Treatment: Wrap finished coils with insulating paper, tape, etc., to ensure sufficient insulation strength.
*Assembly: Insert coils into the core and fasten them to form a complete transformer unit.

05
Vacuum Impregnation
*Pre-drying: Place the assembled transformer units in an oven to remove moisture.
*Impregnation: Put the units into a varnish tank, evacuate the air, and then inject insulating varnish.
*Curing: Remove the units and bake at high temperature to cure the varnish.

06
Final Assembly & Wiring
*Install the impregnated and cured units into enclosures.
*Weld input/output terminals, and install auxiliary components such as fuses and indicator lights.

07
Testing
Turns Ratio Test
Dielectric Withstand Test
Resistance Test
No-Load Losses Test
Load Losses Test

08
Final Inspection & Packaging
Appearance Inspection: Check for scratches, stains, and correct labeling.
Performance Sampling Test: Conduct key electrical tests again.
Packaging: Use shock-absorbent and moisture-proof materials to ensure safe transportation.
