Introduction

Ever wondered how a reliable transformer is built? At VKE Transformer, we have nothing to hide. Today, we invite you for a straightforward look at our production floor through genuine workshop photos. You'll see the entire process-from cutting steel plates to conducting testing. Every step is carried out by our skilled technicians. We believe reliable equipment is made, not just promised. What you see here is what we do, every day.

Silicon Steel Sheet Cutting and Stacking Workshop

Silicon Steel Sheet Cutting and Stacking Workshop

The iron core is the magnetic pathway of the transformer. High-performance silicon steel sheets are precisely cut, layer by layer stacked, and firmly fastened here to build an efficient, low-loss magnetic circuit system. Our advanced processes ensure the flatness, compactness, and low-noise characteristics of the iron core.

Winding Workshop

This is where the transformer's core is born. Experienced technicians strictly follow process drawings to carefully wind conductive materials into coils. The arrangement of each turn and the wrapping of every insulation layer reflect our commitment to precision and reliability.

Casting and Curing Workshop

Casting and Curing Workshop

Resin encapsulation happens in this workshop. Workers carefully pour insulating material around completed windings during controlled curing cycles. The process creates a uniform protective layer that hardens completely. This treatment provides electrical insulation, structural support and thermal management for the transformer core.

Oil Tank Workshop

Here, we form the transformer's protective shell from heavy steel plates. Our team cuts, welds, and finishes each tank with care. Every weld is inspected thoroughly to ensure it seals tightly and lasts. This strong outer tank guards the transformer through years of dependable service.

Assembly Workshop Oil-type

Assembly Workshop (Oil-type)

The core assembly of oil immersed transformers is completed here. Subsequently, the assembly is lowered into the tank for final integration steps including oil filling, sealing, and accessory installation.

Testing Center (Oil-type)

Our oil type transformer testing center is equipped with a full set of equipment, including temperature rise tests, short-circuit withstand tests, and dissolved gas analysis. We simulate the most severe operating conditions to ensure absolute reliability in real-world scenarios.

Pole Mounted Transformer Workshop

Pole Mounted Transformer Workshop

This workshop focuses on single phase pole mounted transformers designed for specific grid applications. While customized solutions are available for projects with unique requirements, all units follow our standardized production and quality control procedures to ensure reliability in field installations.

Assembly Workshop (Dry-type)

This is where the core components of dry type transformers come together. The windings and iron core are precisely aligned and assembled here to form the complete active part. The accuracy of this step directly determines the transformer's electrical performance and energy efficiency.

Final Assembly Workshop (Dry-type)

Here, the assembled transformers are equipped with various accessories, such as cooling fans, temperature controllers, and protective enclosures. Final system connections and debugging are also performed. Every transformer undergoes final visual inspection and preparation here before being packaged for shipment.

Testing Center (Dry-type)

Before leaving the factory, every dry type transformer must undergo rigorous testing: turns ratio test, impedance measurement, partial discharge detection, lightning impulse test, and more. Only when all parameters meet the standard 100% is the unit granted a factory release approval.

Production Chain

We insist on handling all core processes ourselves. From silicon steel cutting to active part assembly-everything is completed within our own workshops. Each step comes with traceable process records to ensure that any quality issue can be traced back to the specific procedure, batch, and operator.

01

Experience and Equipment

Our workshops blend decades of hands-on expertise with modern equipment such as automatic winding machines, vacuum casting systems, and laser cutting units. This model allows us to maintain process flexibility while ensuring product consistency.

02

Transparent Production Process

We welcome clients to visit our workshops for on-site inspections. They can observe details such as weld polishing, inter-layer insulation of coils, and the precision of core stacking-these details truly reflect quality.

03

Adjustable Production Capacity

Whether for standard or custom requirements, our production line can respond quickly. Small-batch orders follow the same stringent quality inspection standards as large-scale production runs.
