Prominent Transformer Manufacturer in China
In VKE's workshop, the journey of manufacturing a transformer is a collaboration of materials, craftsmanship, and time. Here, all technical parameters are translated into tangible processes and clearly visible standards.
Assembly

The core stage unfolds in the spacious assembly area. Here, the iron core-formed by stacked and layered silicon steel sheets, is precisely aligned and assembled with the winding-made of insulated wires. Workers use specialized tools for tightening and adjustments to ensure that this core assembly is sturdy and properly aligned. This serves as the foundation for all subsequent processes, and its precision directly determines the performance tone of the product.
oil filling

The assembled core and coil unit is then hoisted into a corrugated oil tank. After the interior of the tank is thoroughly cleaned, one of the most critical processes-vacuum oil filling-begins. Under continuous vacuum conditions, meticulously filtered and degassed insulating oil is slowly injected until the core and coil unit is completely submerged. The purpose of this process is to eliminate any potential air or trace moisture, thereby establishing an extremely pure insulating environment inside the tank. This is the foundation for the long-term reliable operation of oil immersed transformers.

finishing work
As the internal insulating environment is being established, external finishing work proceeds in simultaneously. Workers install corrugated radiators on the outside wall of the oil tank. These groups of cooling fins, connected to the internal oil circulation circuit, act as the transformer's respiratory system, efficiently dissipating the heat generated during operation. At the same time, a series of components, such as the oil conservator, bushings, and pressure relief valves, are installed and connected one by one.
Resting Period
Once all major components are in place, an oil immersed transformer presents its complete exterior in the workshop. But it cannot depart immediately. It requires a prescribed period of rest, allowing the insulating oil to fully permeate and the internal state to become thoroughly stable. In this seemingly silent interval, the transformer is actually undergoing the most important internal balance before delivery. After this, it will enter the final testing phase, receiving comprehensive verification of its insulation, functionality, and safety.

The workshop journey of this transformer is a classic episode in the power equipment manufacturing industry. It does not pursue astonishing speed but emphasizes the completeness of each process step and the thorough implementation of craftsmanship requirements.
VKE believes that it is precisely this adherence to and respect for the fundamental logic of manufacturing that forms the simplest, yet most reliable, promise for the long-term stable operation of the product.
