Materials
All raw materials have undergone quality inspection, and all raw material manufacturers are strictly tested according to ISO 9000 standards.
Oxygen-free copper wire with low resistance: After a series of additional surface treatments, the surface becomes smoother without burrs or sharp corners. This reduces the transformer's load losses and makes its electrical performance more reliable.
High-quality silicon steel sheets: As the performance level improves, thinner silicon steel sheets with lower consumption are selected to reduce the no-load losses of the transformer.
Superior laminated wood insulators that never crack. Even under the influence of short-circuit capacity, the tungsten wire remains motionless.
Features
The windings are constructed in multi-layer cylindrical shapes. This design ensures balanced amp-turn distribution, resulting in low magnetic leakage, high mechanical strength, and strong short-circuit resistance.
The core and windings adopt separate tightening measures. Self-locking anti-loosening nuts are equipped at the tightening parts. A non-suspension structure is used, which can withstand transportation impacts.
The oil tank utilizes corrugated plates. They have a breathing function to compensate for the oil volume changes caused by temperature variations.
After degreasing, derusting, and phosphating, the surface is coated with primer and topcoat, which can meet the specific requirements of metallurgy, petrochemical systems, and damp or polluted areas.
Components are installed according to standard specifications, including a sealed oil tank, pressure relief valve, signal thermometer, gas relay, etc., to ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
