They are a series of high-precision testing equipment. This investment reflects our core belief: true reliability must be measurable, verifiable, and traceable at every stage of manufacturing.
Equipment Upgrade List
Transformer Intelligent System: This is the "brain" of the entire testing center. It will fully take over the performance testing of transformers. With increased automation and measurement accuracy, it ensures that every transformer delivered has clear, qualified test data records.
Insulating Oil Analysis and Monitoring System:
Insulating Oil Moisture Analyzer precisely detects latent moisture in the oil, a potential driver of insulation aging.
Insulating Oil Dielectric Dissipation Factor and Resistivity Tester evaluates the aging degree and electrical purity of the insulating oil itself.
Automatic Degassing Shaker and Insulating Oil Closed Flash Point Tester: The former efficiently removes dissolved gases in the oil for fault characteristic analysis, while the latter strictly controls the combustion safety of the oil.
Fault Precursor Analysis System
Transformer Oil Gas Chromatograph, together with Hydrogen and Air Generators, forms a complete oil chromatography analysis system. This system performs dissolved gas analysis on the insulating oil to precisely measure the content of key characteristic gases. This directly verifies the chemical stability of the insulating oil, as well as the cleanliness and sealing integrity of the manufacturing process.
Lightning Impulse Test Set simulates the most severe natural lightning overvoltage conditions to verify whether the transformer's insulation system can withstand extreme impacts. This serves as one of the ultimate stress tests for product design.
