The transformer casing adopts a fully sealed design and is made of iron or stainless steel. Mineral oil needs to be filled inside to facilitate insulation and heat dissipation.

4. Terminal blocks and protective devices:

High-voltage terminals need to be equipped with fuses for short-circuit protection, and low-voltage terminals should be fitted with lightning arresters to prevent lightning strikes. If required, a tap changer can be configured to adjust the voltage for better application.

Regular inspection on time:

Keep the casing intact and ensure the stability of the terminal blocks. Regularly check the usage of fuses to avoid adverse consequences caused by poor contact or overheating.

The transformer needs to have a high-voltage warning to prevent other people from approaching. No climbing. There is a risk of electric shock.
