1. The fire separation distance between oil-immersed transformers with an oil volume of more than 2500kg and oil-filled electrical equipment with an oil volume of 600kg-2500kg should be at least 5m.
2. When the fire separation distance between two adjacent oil-immersed transformers does not meet the requirements, a fire partition wall or a fire curtain on top of the fire partition wall should be installed. Single-phase oil-immersed transformers may only have a fire partition wall or fire curtain.
3. When the distance between the factory building's exterior wall and the outer edge of an outdoor oil-immersed transformer is less than specified in the specification table, a fire wall should be installed on that exterior wall. The distance between this wall and the outer edge of the transformer should be at least 0.8m. 4. When the factory building's exterior wall is within 5 meters of the outer edge of the oil-immersed transformer, no doors, windows, or openings should be provided below the horizontal line of the transformer's total thickness plus 3 meters, and within a range of 3 meters on each side of the outer edge. Doors and fixed windows on the fire wall outside this range must have a fire resistance rating of not less than 0.9 hours.
5. For oil-immersed transformers and other oil-filled electrical equipment with an oil volume of more than 1,000 kg per unit, an oil storage pit and a public oil collection basin should be provided, and transformer pebbles should be placed for fire prevention and oil unloading.
6. Oil-immersed transformers should be equipped with a fixed water spray or other fire extinguishing system in accordance with current relevant regulations. Oil-immersed factory transformers should be located in a separate room with an outward-opening Class B fire door that leads directly to the outside or corridor and should not open to other rooms.
Special attention should be paid to fire safety measures for oil-immersed transformers
