Introduction

Every transformer we produce follows a clear, practical process: first built with care in our assembly area, then prepared for safe transport. It's a simple but important flow that ensures quality and reliability.

Active Lines

This is where skilled hands and precise engineering come together. In this organized space, you can see windings being carefully layered, cores being assembled, and housings taking shape. Each transformer moves through dedicated stations, where technicians follow tested procedures to ensure every connection is secure and every component fits perfectly.

What you see in this photo is more than just a production line-it's a process built on consistency and care. We follow steps that we know work. That's how we build transformers that perform reliably, day after day.

Customized Package

Each transformer receives tailored protection based on its specifications, size, and shipping distance.

SCB11-800/10/0.4

For this SCB11-800 model, the packaging is straightforward but tough. First, we give it a tight wrap in heavy-duty plastic film to block moisture and dust. Then it's fixed onto a custom wooden pallet. We've found this combo really works-the pallet lets forklifts move it safely around the yard and into the truck, and once loaded, the whole thing stays solid, even over long distances. It's a method that hasn't let us down.

SCB14-1600/10/0.4

The larger SCB14-1600 unit gets a simpler treatment. We use a single, specially made plastic film to seal it completely. This keeps water and dirt out but still lets the transformer breathe. It's a great choice when we need to get it out the door fast or for deliveries closer to home-safe, but without the extra time or materials.

Our smallest transformer, the SCB14-30, gets the full protective treatment. Each one gets its own wooden crate, built to fit its exact size. Inside, we add cushioning and braces so it doesn't shift at all during transit. We always use this crate for exports or when the shipping route is complex-it just gives us, and our customers, the most peace of mind.
