Manufacturing Through the Festive Season

The footsteps of the Spring Festival grow steadily clearer, and the city begins to fill with a holiday atmosphere. But entering our workshop, you feel a different dimension of time-the rhythm of equipment operation remains unchanged, the frequency of indicator lights flashes as usual, and the production pace maintains its consistent stability.

Step into the core workshop. The silicon steel sheet slitting line is in operation, cutting materials into preset dimensions. At the stacking station, experienced operators manually interlace and stack the silicon steel sheets. Each sheet is carefully positioned to ensure stacking accuracy. The completed cores are neatly arranged, their cross-sections revealing a precise layered structure. These cores are about to enter the next process and will become the most essential component of the transformer.

The active part assembly area is divided into two work zones: oil-immersed and dry-type transformers. Various components are currently being assembled on site. Coils, insulation parts, and structural components are visibly and orderly arranged, with all necessary production materials in place.

Testing Area

Multiple transformers are undergoing factory tests. The testing system monitors and records all key electrical parameters in real time. Only products that meet all standards will proceed to the next stage.

Finished Products Area

Transformers that have completed all factory tests are arranged in designated zones. These products are awaiting nameplate installation, with their final inspection records fully documented.

Packaging Area

Two 50kVA transformers have been stacked and secured. This solution is designed to maximize stability and safety during long-distance transportation. A complete set of packaging materials, including protective brackets, high-strength fasteners, and external protective materials, is ready for use.

Conclusion

As we record the workshop in these final days before the Spring Festival, we see more than transformers being built-we see an entire production system breathing steadily. Every stack of cores, each tested unit, and all the packaging materials ready for use tell the same story: standards don't waver for holidays, and quality doesn't bend with time.
