Introduction
The high performance oil sealed transformer is constructed with a fully enclosed structure. This enclosure prevents oil leakage and ensures long-term stable operation. The model does not require an oil conservator, as its sealing system isolates the oil from air to prevent moisture contamination. It is suitable for distribution networks with low maintenance requirements and high environmental resistance demands.
Structure
Core: Made of laminated silicon steel sheets, which help reduce eddy current losses and hysteresis losses. It provides a magnetic path for the transformer to achieve electromagnetic induction.
Windings: Constructed with copper or aluminum wires, and divided into high-voltage windings and low-voltage windings. They convert input electrical energy into output electrical energy at different voltage levels through electromagnetic induction.
Oil Tank: Designed to contain insulating oil and the transformer's components such as the core and windings. It is welded from steel plates and offers excellent sealing properties and mechanical strength.
Insulating Oil: Performs the functions of insulation, cooling and arc extinction. It can withstand high voltages to prevent short circuits. At the same time, it dissipates the heat generated during the transformer's operation, so as to keep the transformer's temperature within permissible limits.
Radiators: Improve the transformer's cooling efficiency. They are composed of fins and can dissipate heat through natural convection or forced air cooling.
Protective Devices: Applied to monitor the transformer's operating status and ensure its safe operation. Frequently-used devices include gas relay, pressure relief valve, oil level gauge, oil temperature gauge, etc.
